The course is designed for sales managers, middle and senior management of organizations, and anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of sales and negotiations.

The training course ensures the formation of participants' correct self-assessment in sales and negotiations, increases a positive attitude towards sales and negotiations, and refines effective sales and negotiation techniques. Participants will master each stage of the sales process and improve their negotiation/relationship skills with clients.
