    For International Students

    Admission Guidelines (for Direct Applicants only)
     

    These guidelines are for international students applying individually, without agencies (referred to as Direct Students).

     

    Available English-taught programs:
     

    • One-Cycle Medical Doctor (MD)
    • One-Cycle Dentistry
    • Bachelor of Computer Science
    • Bachelor of AI and Data Analytics
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

     

    Step 1: Applying 

     

    • Register here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/
    • After registering and receiving confirmation via email, Direct Students are required to submit a $250 non-refundable application fee.

     

    Step 2: Collecting the below-mentioned documents
     

    1. Student’s passport (with a valid expiration date).
    2. Student’s photo 3X4.

     

    Additional Documents For Transfer Applicants:

     


    The Medical Doctor (MD) program accepts transfer students from Semester I to Semester VII (inclusive), while the Dentistry program accepts transfer students from Semester I to Semester V (inclusive).

     

    • Full university transcript (signed and stamped). 
    • All transcripts must contain information about the obtained credits (ECTs) per subject, and scores.
    • Transfer applications can be considered up to the 7th semester (4th year, 1st semester).
    • Detailed syllabus and curriculum of completed courses, officially issued (and stamped) by the previous university.
       

    Additional Documents For First-Year Applicants only: 

     

    • High School Certificate (signed and stamped)
    • A filled-out application form (make sure to mark the chosen program correctly).
    • Applicants must download (or print) the application form and fill in the gaps.
    • English Language Requirement (minimum level B2): English Language Proficiency Certificate (minimum level B2), or Medium of Instruction Certificate confirming study in an English-language program for at least 1 year, or Internal English Language Test: In the absence of the above, the applicant will be invited to take the internal university B2 English test (after the Interview Stage).
       

    Step 3: Attending the 5-minute interview
     

    • All first-year applicants will be invited to an online interview, where an admissions officer will evaluate English-speaking skills and overall motivation.

     

    Step 4: Completing internal exams (online)
     

    • Passing an online internal university test in math (for Computer Science freshmen applicants only).
    • Passing an internal B2 English test if no valid certificate or proof of English-medium instruction is provided (all programs freshmen only).

       

    Application Timeframes and Process
     

    • After applying and providing all required documents, applicants will be invited to the 5-minute interview within three business days.
    • After successfully completing the steps, applicants will receive (within two business days):
       
      • A letter of interview stage passing confirmation
      • A conditional acceptance letter with listed conditions
      • An invoice mentioning the payment requirements
         
    • Once the application fee is paid and conditions are met, the Admissions Office will process the application and submit it to the Ministry of Education of Georgia.
       
      • Official results are normally available within one month.
         
    • Invitation letters will be sent to successfully admitted students within three business days after receiving enrollment confirmation from the Ministry.
