Enrollment in undergraduate programs at Alte University is contingent upon the outcomes of unified national examinations or adherence to other regulations stipulated by Georgian legislation. An applicant who has satisfactorily completed the unified national examinations must submit an enrollment application to Alte University.

A bachelor's candidate who has successfully passed the unified national exams of Georgia applies to the university with an application for enrollment and presents the following documents:
- Statement
- Copy of ID card
- High school graduation certificate (original) or vocational education diploma (original)
- Color photo-image 2 pieces, size 3 X 4 printed and an electronic version on disk
- Copy of military registration certificate (for boys) In the case of minor students, a parent ID card or guardian ID card.
Applicants are required to submit all necessary documents within the designated timeframe for administrative registration. Failure to submit the required documents will result in the cancellation of the enrollment order within the respective applicant cohort.
An applicant who fails to apply to the university within the registration period, thus rendering themselves ineligible for placement in the rector's order, may submit an enrollment application from the issuance of the presidential decree until June of the subsequent year.
Note: Enrollment of the applicant via this procedure precludes the utilization of the state education grant awarded.
