The course is designed for employees of the insurance company's service and customer service quality, as well as call management and operations management departments.

  • Course Overview

Service quality in the insurance sector is one of the most critical challenges. Therefore, managing service quality, its properly structured delivery, and communicating it to the insured in the right form are of particular importance.

The interactive training module will focus on the practical aspects of service quality and real-world cases.

The course aims to develop participants' service quality management skills, taking into account the specifics of the insurance sector. Participants will learn how customers perceive insurance, how to build a quality system in an organization, how to evaluate service efficiency, and how to turn a claim into an opportunity for development and improvement.

  • Trainer

Sopio Lebanidze - Associate Professor at Ilia State University and holder of an Executive Master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, including a role at Georgia’s Ministry of Labor, Health, and Social Affairs. Currently, she serves as the Chair of the Supervisory Board at PSP Insurance. LinkedIn

The course consists of 16 contact hours.
