- Course Overview
The program will help participants discover new aspects of the art of sales and provide knowledge on how neural processes affect human perception, emotions, and purchasing decisions. Throughout the course, they will study the principles of neuromarketing and learn how this knowledge can improve sales efficiency and establish effective communication with customers. The program consists of 10 modules, which include theoretical material, practical exercises, and simulation activities. It is possible to complete the full course or select specific modules based on the organization’s needs.
