The course is designed for people working in managerial positions in any field who want to present themselves with more confidence and clarity in negotiations, both in internal team interactions and in interactions outside the team, to demonstrate conflict of interest prevention skills, and more.

  • Course Overview

The aim of the course is to provide managers with the necessary competence to maximize the prevention of conflicts of interest, both within and outside the organization, by sharing the correct methodology of negotiation and mediation.

 

The course is built on the principles of Interest-Based Negotiation. According to these principles, a communication model based on the interests of the parties and the motivation to expand opportunities (Win-Win) is far more effective than an interaction model (Win-Lose) tailored to competitive and limited thinking in terms of alternatives. The course also covers techniques of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution methodology.
