- Course Overview
The purpose of the course is for the participant to find unconscious blind zones of listening within themselves, make breakthroughs, and discover the ability to hear facts without interpretation. The latter will help the listener improve communication effectiveness, enhance relationships, reduce conflicts, moreover, it will make it possible to live without conflicts.
The knowledge gained in the course increases the participant's self-expression and authenticity coefficient, adds effective energy and self-confidence. Strengthening listening skills will help them create an environment/team where everyone's personality is authentic and acceptable, and the strategic plan is agreed upon, clear and precise.
