- Course Overview
The role of emotional intelligence is critically important in the modern world. Emotional intelligence is often among those categories that artificial intelligence will hardly replace. Therefore, an employee with high emotional intelligence is a serious asset for an organization.
The course aims to increase employees' awareness of their roles and purpose, and to assist them in improving the performance of their functions and duties - in terms of refining communication skills.
Understanding one's own role and establishing transparent relationships both within and outside the team serves to help employees comprehend their professional purpose at a "meta" level and deeply understand what they, their products, and their teams serve in the long-term perspective and what purpose their activities have in the big picture at the organizational level.
