The training course is designed for both entry-level and middle-level managers working in any field.
- Course Overview
Team members' ideas and views are often critical in solving problems that arise during work execution. Standard questions like: "What do you think?", "How do we solve the problem?" etc. only manage to generate scarce or general ideas. Accordingly, the issue of problem solving is being dragged out and its resolution loses its relevance.
The course covers three different methods of idea generation that will help participants effectively generate and formulate ideas together with the team. The use of these methods will increase the involvement and responsibility of each team member, which in turn will enable the listener to develop practical and diverse options for problem solving through teamwork in a short time.
