Career Hunter Camp - Day 1

The annual career development camp, “Career Hunter Camp 2025”, organized in collaboration with the Entrants’ Club, has successfully concluded.

The three-day program brought together 50 selected entrants from over 600 applicants and was held at the Buckswood campus. The camp commenced at the Alte University campus, where participants were welcomed before traveling together to the camp location. Introductory and team-building activities enabled participants to become acquainted and foster a collaborative environment.

A key highlight of the first day was the Inspiration Panel, titled “Find Your Path.” During the session, Ani Amiranashvili, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Alte University, and Nini Bikashvili, HR Manager at Irao Insurance, shared insights into current labor market trends and discussed the most in-demand professions.

At the conclusion of the day, participants were grouped according to their professional interests, marking the beginning of their guided exploration toward identifying and developing their future career paths.
