The winners of the first School Start-up Marathon are known!

The annual start-up marathon for pupils is over. Thirteen teams took part in the final stage. Along with project partners, Alte University has identified teams of authors of selected business ideas.

TBC's favorite team became Robobook. They were given 5000 GEL as a gift. The Robobook team will create an interactive book on robotics that combines theoretical and practical fun exercises.

Alte University awarded a study grant to all team members. In addition, Alte University has identified two selected teams that the university will cooperate with, help to refine the business idea, and attract the necessary investments. These are HeadStart and IAVP (VPP).

HeadStart has introduced the idea of creating an employment site that will allow young people to easily find interesting jobs. The platform will connect employers and potential employees virtually, enabling both parties to get detailed information about each other very quickly and simplify the so-called match The recruitment process.

The IAVP (VPP) also came up with the idea of creating an employment application that would be more student-centered. Through this platform, students will be able to work virtually on projects for different companies in the first stage, get experience and positive evaluation from the employer company, and then be directly employed by these specific companies.

Haru - Mariam Natsvlishvili was chosen by the Israeli Embassy and received a laptop as a gift; her business idea is to develop an app that will assist users in overcoming anxiety, depression, and a lack of motivation.

GITA has identified three teams: NBSG, Robobook, and Firelink, GITA will help them with FabLab services and pre-acceleration programs.

The NBSG team has introduced a new type of exoskeleton multifunction device, the NBSG-Nitinol Based Smart Gauntlets, in which the main driving force is a unique feature of nitinol - shape memory effect.
