- Who is this course for?
The course is designed for individuals interested in Agile product development (Agile, Scrum, or Kanban), beginner or experienced Project Managers who want to gain in-depth knowledge of Agile approaches, frameworks, and methods, people interested in Scrum Master or Kanban Flow Manager roles, as well as those who want to improve the efficiency of their daily work.
- Course Overview
The main goal of the course is to introduce participants to the principles of the Scrum methodology and ways of practical application in an organizational environment. Through the course, participants will learn team management mechanisms, improve process transparency, and acquire the necessary skills to enable them to work successfully on Agile projects.
The course includes both theoretical part and practical exercises, simulations and teamwork.
