RUSSIA’S WAR ON UKRAINE

On March 18, Alte University's School of Humanities and Social Sciences initiated a conference on a critical topic—the Russian War in Ukraine.
The conference will be opened by Mariam Mikiashvili - post-Communist Europe and Central Asia security, identity, and governance researcher, University of St Andrews School of International Relations;

The purpose of the event is to support Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity and to raise awareness of Russian aggression.
The task of the event:

  • Analytical assessment of the crisis by experts in the field;

  • Identify and avoid sources of misinformation and propaganda;

  • Discuss possible scenarios of events;
