Ruso Sanadze has over 15 years of experience in C-level management within the private sector, specializing in information technology. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, as well as Master’s and PhD degrees in Education Sciences from Tbilisi State University. While working on her doctoral thesis, she conducted scientific research at the University of Saarland and Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel as part of DAAD scholarships. Currently, she actively participates in scientific and exchange projects.
