On October 31, Alte University’s Research Support and Projects Development Department organized an online training session for master’s thesis supervisors.
The session aimed to enhance the effectiveness of every stage of the master’s thesis process in accordance with the university’s established regulations. Participants discussed the structural and content-related requirements of the thesis, the supervisor’s role in guiding and supporting research, and effective ways to strengthen collaboration between students and supervisors.
The training was led by Dr. Sandro Tabatadze, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. in Political Science. Dr. Tabatadze is also a Invited researcher at Philipps University of Marburg and a postdoctoral researcher at Comenius University in Bratislava.
The session was held in an interactive format, allowing participants to share their experiences, interesting cases, and practical recommendations. Sandro Tabatadze also introduced modern digital tools for project management that simplify the organization of the research process, ensure timely progress, and improve documentation management.
