External mobility for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year has commenced at Alta University.

From January 28 to February 11, students wishing to participate in external mobility may register via the portal https://students.emis.ge. During registration, applicants should select Alta University from the list of universities and assign it first priority.
While registering, please fill in your personal details and upload your study card (mark sheet) at this link.
Special benefits are available for students participating in mobility at Alta University:
- If a student’s cumulative grade point average (GPA) is 3.0 or higher, Alta University will cover 30% of the tuition fee for one academic year.
- If a student already holds a state grant that fully covers the cost of the selected program, the student will receive a university scholarship equivalent to the grant amount.
- A special tuition discount applies to students transferring through mobility to the Medicine and Psychology programs. Students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher will receive an additional 30% discount.
To complete enrollment at Alta University through the mobility program, students must, after registration, complete their personal information via the designated link and submit a copy of their student card no later than February 17.
Please note that applications submitted without a student card will not be considered.
