On December 20, Alte university held a forum organized by the Center for Law and Economics (CoLE) on the topic: "Transformation of the Institute of Capacity according to the practice of the Constitutional Court of Georgia."
During the event, a Memorandum of understanding was signed between the Constitutional Court of Georgia and the Center for Law and Economics, which aims to organize workshops, seminars, conferences, projects, and various initiatives on current issues.
The meeting was attending judges of the General and Constitutional Courts of Georgia, the President and academic staff of Alte University, and representatives of the academic community interested in the issue.
The Center for Law and Economics (CoLE) is a university-based structural unit jointly established by Alte University School of Law and TSU Faculty of Law to stimulate intensive dialogue between stakeholders in economic matters, expertise in legal and economic research.
