MedTech Hackathon for 10th-12th graders

MedTech Hackathon for 10th-12th grade pupils begins!

A two-day hackathon themed “AI for Care”, organized by Alte University’s International Medical School and Information Technology School, will be held on November 6–7.

The project gives high school students an opportunity to explore innovations in the fields of artificial intelligence and medical technologies.

The goal of the hackathon is to foster innovative thinking and practical skills among young people, enabling them to solve real medical challenges through digital tools in the future.

  • To participate, students must register teams of 3–4 members.
  • In case of individual registration, teams will be formed on-site randomly.
  • After registration, 10 finalist teams will be selected to participate in a two-day online training.
  • Each team will be mentored by Alte University student-experts, who will guide them through the process of creating a prototype.

The winning team will receive a 1,000 GEL cash prize and resource support from Alte University to help implement their idea.

The mentors of the winning team will also be awarded.

Registration is open until October 26.
