On May 6, Alte University School of Law and the Economic Center will hold a forum on “Mechanisms for gaining and losing legal rights through participation in the entrepreneurial society”

The topic of the forum will be the legal ways of buying and losing shares in corporate law. This issue is important insofar as it depends on the outcome of gaining and losing membership in the entrepreneurial community.

Irakli Burduli - Director of the Center for Law and Economics, Professor of the Faculty of Law of TSU, and Nona Zubitashvili - Doctor of Law, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of Black Sea University, will make speeches at the forum.
