On July 28-29, Alte University will hold a marathon "20-200" as part of the start-up summer at Era Square.
Participants of the marathon are tasked with developing a business idea that will increase the initial capital of 20 GEL to at least 200 GEL and accumulate the largest profit. The marathon is held at Era Square from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Teams have the right to negotiate with companies before the marathon to obtain support from them, which can be both monetary and other resources (production, service, etc.)
In this case, the team must submit relevant documentation to the project organizers. Teams have the right to put the money earned during the day back into production and create a product on the spot during the day. The product or service can be of any kind. The main thing in this activity is the development of entrepreneurial competence in a short time with limited resources.
After the marathon, the startup garage's maker space will be launched, where the project participants, together with Altes mentors, representatives of Technopark, and the American corner of Batumi, will provide mentoring on the following topics:
- The development of an idea
- product development
The Startup Garage will be located at Era Square (Batumi), where any interested young person can come and work on their own idea, familiarize themselves with Fablab's services on the spot, and, if necessary, use these services.
