The board of directors is the highest governing body of Alte University and includes the president, the vice-president, the director of all the departments of the university, and the dean of all the schools. The head of the board of directors is the president. The powers of the board of directors, including the grounds for termination of the board and its members, and the rules for the preparation and conduct of meetings, are outlined in the statute of Alte University, the new version of which was approved by the Senate of November 9, 2021. Based on the same protocol, on November 9, 2021, the board of directors replaced the Senate and continues to function actively.
The board of directors has the authority to approve the university's activities and strategic plans and approve the university's budget and annual report. Other powers delegated to the board of directors by current legislation and university regulations are carried out by the board of directors.
