Lana Davituliani holds a bachelor degree in Sociology and Master degree in Social and Cultural Research. She graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
Lana has a broad experience in planning and managing national research policy. From 2017 to 2024 she worked as a chief specialist and coordinator at Science Department of LEPL Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia. She accumulated a valuable practical and theoretical knowledge in terms of planning, implementing and monitoring research activities at local and international level.
She has expertise in planning and implementing international projects, including projects funded by Horizon 2020. From 2019 to 2021 she worked as a national network coordinator for EURAXESS Georgia startup project. Also, from 2021 to 2024 she was gender equality working group member (GEP) for Caliper -Linking Research and Innovation for Gender Equality. In 2024 Lana Davituliani joined Alte University and since then she is a Director of Research Support and Projects Development department.
Lana Davitulian has knowledge and practical experience of quantitative and qualitative methods in social research, as well as expertise of conducting social and cultural research individually and in groups.
