From April 7–11, Alte University hosted the International Staff Week, which was attended by representatives (administrative and academic staff) from eight international universities from different countries.
The event centered around the theme: Fostering Internationalization and Collaboration in Mid-Sized and Young Universities.
Over the course of five days, participants engaged in interactive workshops, panel discussions, and cultural activities.
During the International staff week, members of Alte University’s administration and academic staff had the opportunity to share their experiences and insights on overcoming challenges that come with university development. Discussions covered Alte University’s growth journey, the importance of the third mission, the role of marketing in higher education, and the common challenges faced by mid-sized and young universities.
The week concluded with a Mini fair, where our international guests had the chance to meet Alte university students in person and present their universities’ academic programs and exchange opportunities.
