Within the framework of the 2025–2026 academic year, Alte University has opened applications for Erasmus+ international mobility for its administrative and academic staff.
Partner Universities and Opportunities
1. University of Gdańsk (Poland)
The University of Gdańsk invites 4 members of Alte University’s administrative and academic staff to participate in Erasmus+ Training (STT) mobility within the framework of international Staff Weeks.
An international week titled “AI & Digital Transformation in Higher Education” will be held on 13–17 April 2026 at the University of Gdańsk. A second event is planned for June 2026 (the theme will be announced later). Selected candidates must complete their mobility within one of these events, no later than June 2026. Participation fee for the April event: 350 EUR
- Mobility type: Training (STT)
- Duration: 5 working days + 2 travel days
- Mobility period: April or June 2026
- Available places: 4 (administrative and academic staff)
- Grant: 140 EUR × 7 days = 980 EUR (subsistence/daily expenses)
- Travel costs: Calculated according to the Erasmus Distance Calculator
- Grant payment: The grant will be paid on the first day of mobility
2. Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), Greece
Athens University of Economics and Business invites both academic and administrative staff of Alte University to participate in Training (STT) mobility.

- Participants: Academic and administrative staff
- Available places: 2
- Mobility period: After February 2026
- Duration: 5 working days + 2 travel days
- Grant: Details will be communicated to the selected candidates
Application Format and Selection Process
Interested candidates must submit the following documents in English, in PDF format:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Short motivation statement for the mobility
- Consent from the relevant supervisor / department
- Copy of passport
- Proof of English language proficiency (minimum B2 – CEFR or alternative confirmation)
During the selection process, professional relevance to the partner university’s requirements will be taken into account.
The final decision is made by the host university.
