INTELI is a not-for-profit higher education institute founded in 2019 by entrepreneurs André Esteves and Roberto Sallouti, with its campus opened in early 2022 . It offers five bachelor’s programs - Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Management & Technology - alongside hybrid-format postgraduate and executive courses.
The university is distinguished by its teaching approach, which involves offering students projects focused on improving their leadership skills. It connects students with local industry and international business partners, which makes the educational process mutually beneficial for both the university and the industry. The institute maintains partnerships with over 80 companies and more than 50 universities worldwide, and its International Office supports academic exchanges, dual programs, and international internships .
A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Alte University and INTELI. The collaboration offers diverse opportunities for students, academic, and administrative staff to gain international experience. The agreement between the universities will facilitate the organization of exchange programs for academic staff and students, joint research projects, exchange of teaching materials and literature, as well as the development of joint academic programs.
