Important Dates for Students Granted External Mobility at Alte University:
- September 12–15 – Submission of the academic transcript electronically
- September 15–17 – Signing the credit recognition decision
- September 22–25 – Administrative registration
- October 2–5 – Academic registration
- October 3–11 – Submission of required documents in physical (hard copy) form to the university

Administrative registration is conducted online
Documents to Upload During Online Administrative Registration:
- Copy of ID card
- Document proving complete general education (school diploma) / higher education diploma
- Passport-size photo (3x4 cm)
- Proof of military registration (for male students)
Mandatory Documents to Submit in Person at the University:
- Copy of ID card
- Document proving complete general education (diploma) – original or notarized copy
- Passport-size photo (3x4 cm)
- Academic transcript (grade sheet)
- Extract from the enrollment order
- Extract from the order of student status termination
- All legal documents determining the student’s status
