IMAUC 2023

The International Multidisciplinary ALTE University Conference (IMAUC) 2023 marked a significant milestone as one of the inaugural and successful events organized by the ASRU team.

Held over two days in June 2023, the conference served as a platform for medical students from universities across Tbilisi to exchange ideas and showcase their research endeavors.

With English as the working language, it fostered an international atmosphere conducive to collaboration and knowledge sharing. The conference attracted a substantial turnout, with enthusiastic participation from students representing institutions such as TSMU, SEU, and East European University, among others.

The meticulous efforts of the marketing team ensured that every minute detail of the conference was effectively communicated to the target audience, maximizing attendance and engagement.

IMAUC 2023 featured two modes of presentation: poster and oral presentations, providing participants with diverse avenues to present their research findings. A panel of ten judges, including esteemed professionals and the respected Dean Ketevan Chakhnashvili, evaluated the presentations, contributing to the academic rigor of the event. In total, there were approximately 75 participants, including authors and co-authors, across both presentation modes.

In addition to the scholarly pursuits, the conference also catered to the cultural palate of its attendees by offering various diverse cuisines, enriching the overall experience.

The culmination of the two-day event was marked by a lively prize distribution ceremony, recognizing outstanding contributions in both oral and poster presentations. The ceremony was followed by a colorful cultural event, celebrating the diversity and camaraderie among participants.

IMAUC 2023 not only provided a platform for academic discourse and networking but also showcased the commitment of ALTE University to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and nurturing the next generation of medical professionals. It set a precedent for future conferences and underscored the university's dedication to excellence in education and research.
