The School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Alte University, with the support of the NATO Public Diplomacy Department (NATO PDD), presents the project "Georgia-NATO IllumiNATOrs" on May 19.
During the project, pupils and students will be able to attend a program consisting of 10 seminars, within the framework of which they will get to know the role of NATO, the mechanisms of Russian information warfare, and propaganda. Verified information will help them form the right positions. The project aims to raise public awareness of narratives coming from Russia that threaten Georgia's constitutional choice to join the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, NATO.
Based on the reliable information received at the seminars and with the involvement of experts, the project participants will prepare informative videos that will be distributed through social media.
