Important dates for students wishing external mobility
We would like to inform you that students who have registered on the portal of the education management information system and have obtained the right to enroll in Alte University by the mobility method, must send the study card in electronic format to the e-mail: mobility@alte.edu.ge by September 13th.
Important dates for students enrolled in Alte University on the basis of mobility:
- September 12-13 - presenting your study card electronically
- September 19-21 - signing of credit recognition report
- September 24-26 - administrative registration
- October 2-4 - academic registration (except for Georgian-language, English-language medicine and English-language computer science programs); Study process begins on October 7th.
- October 7-12 - academic registration For Georgian-language, English-language and computer science programs. Study process begins on October 14th;
October 7-11 - presentation of mandatory documentation in material form at the university.
Administrative registration is done online. Students with mobility rights will receive a link to the registration portal via SMS.
Documentation to be uploaded when registering online:
- Copy of ID card
- Proof of complete general education (certificate)/diploma
- Photo-image (3X4)
- Proof of military registration (for boys)
Mandatory documentation to be submitted to the university:
- Copy of ID card
- Proof of complete general education (certificate)/diploma (original or notarized copy)
- Photograph (3X4)
- Study card (mark sheet)
- Status report
- All legal acts determining student status.
