Attention First-Year Students!
We are sharing important dates and instructions for administrative and academic registration for the Autumn Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.
Academic Year Start Dates by Program
Classes begin on September 14 for the following programs:
- Law
- Psychology
- Medicine (Georgian-medium)
- Business Administration (Georgian-medium)
- Computer Science (Georgian-medium)
- Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (Georgian-medium)
Classes begin on October 19 for the following programs:
- Business Administration (English-medium)
- Medicine (English-medium)
- Dentistry
- Computer Science (English-medium)
- Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics (English-medium)
Administrative Registration (September 2–4)
Administrative registration and tuition fee payment for first-year students will take place from September 2 to September 4. Registration is fully online.
On September 2, all first-year students will receive a registration link via SMS. The link will also be published on the university website (www.alte.edu.ge) and the official Facebook page.
Required Online Documents (For All First-Year Students):
- Copy of ID card / Passport
- High School Diploma (Certificate of Full General Education)
- Photo (3x4)
- Copy of Military Registration Certificate (for male students)
- Completed Application Form (available on the university portal)
Process for Minor First-Year Students (Two Stages)
- Stage 1 (Online): September 2–4 - Online registration and uploading required documents to the portal.
- Stage 2 (In Person): September 2–4 (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM) - The applicant must visit the university accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with the following original documents:
- ID card of the parent or legal guardian
- Applicant’s Birth Certificate
- Notarized copy of High School Diploma
- Photo (3x4)
- Copy of Military Registration Certificate (for male students)
Academic Registration (Course Enrollment)
- September 7 – 12: Academic registration / Course enrollment for students in Georgian-medium programs (Law, Psychology, Medicine, Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics).
- October 12 – 17: Academic registration / Course enrollment for students in English-medium programs (Business Administration, Medicine, Dentistry, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics).

IMPORTANT NOTICE Applicants must submit all required documents within the administrative registration deadlines. Otherwise, they will not be included in the President’s Order and will not gain student status.
Applicants who fail to complete administrative registration for the Autumn Semester of 2026-2027 must submit a written application to the university no later than June of the following year to obtain status.
Please note: Enrolling through this late application route invalidates the use of any awarded State Study Grant.
