Alte University announces the internal selection of students for Erasmus+ and bilateral exchange programs for the Spring Semester 2027.
- The Erasmus+ program provides full financial support, including tuition fees, a monthly stipend, and travel expenses.
- The bilateral exchange program requires students to cover part of their accommodation or travel costs. Alte University may also consider providing financial support.

Application Deadlines and Selection Stages
- 18 October 2026 - Complete the application form. The form can only be accessed using your Alte University email account.
- 19–20 October 2026 - Initial application screening (eligibility check)
- 21 October 2026 - English language proficiency test, if required
- 22–23 October 2026 - Interviews with shortlisted candidates. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
- 26 October 2026 - Final decision of the Selection Commission
Candidates nominated by Alte University for an exchange program must also be approved by the host university. Following approval by the host university, the student, together with Alte University, prepares a Learning Agreement, which specifies the courses and ECTS credits to be completed during the exchange semester. This facilitates the recognition of credits earned abroad upon the student's return to Georgia.
Who Can Participate?
Students who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply:
- Students enrolled in a Bachelor's, one-cycle Medicine, or one-cycle Dentistry program must have accumulated at least 60 ECTS credits by the beginning of the Spring Semester 2027. Master's students must have accumulated at least 30 ECTS credits;
- The Spring Semester 2027 must not be the student's final semester of the respective degree level;
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
Required Application Documents
The following documents must be submitted in English and in PDF format:
- 1 letter of recommendation from an academic staff member of the relevant school;
- Motivation letter (1 page);
- CV / Resume;
- Copy of ID card or passport;
- Transcript of Records;
- Document confirming English language proficiency (minimum B1 according to the CEFR).
English proficiency can be demonstrated through:
- an internationally recognized English language certificate;
- successful completion of Alte University's English language courses at a minimum B1.2 level;
- successful completion of at least 20 ECTS credits of courses taught in English; or
- successful completion of Alte University's internal English language test.

- Academic performance -25 points
- CV / Resume - 15 points
- Motivation - 10 points
- Recommendation letter - 10 points
- Language proficiency - 20 points
- Interview - 20 points
