The award ceremony of the “Essay Competition”, organized by the School of Law and Social Sciences of Alte University, was held on the University campus.
The competition brought together entrants who submitted essays dedicated to the 1921 Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Georgia, reflecting on its historical and contemporary significance.
As part of the event, a public lecture was delivered on the topic: “The 1921 Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Georgia from a 105-Year Perspective.” Leading experts in the field shared their insights with students and attendees:
- Ketevan Tskhadadze – Dean of the School of Law and Social Sciences, Professor
- Giga Lemonjava – Professor of Public Law
- Ketevan Eremadze – Former Judge of the Constitutional Court, Professor
The speakers emphasized the importance of the Constitution and highlighted its role in shaping the country’s legal and democratic development.
At the conclusion of the event, the winners of the competition were announced:
- Gagi Sulakvelidze – 1st place
- Giorgi Pasieshvili – 2nd place
- Mariam Gogua – 3rd place
