We inform you that the application process for international mobility opportunities for Alte University academic staff for the 2025–2026 academic year has begun.
The competition is announced for two partner universities:
- Teaching Mobility – Pomeranian University in Słupsk (Poland)
The partner university invites academic staff of Alte University within the framework of Erasmus+ teaching mobility. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to spend 5 working days (Monday to Friday) at the host university and conduct a minimum of 8 hours of lectures.

- Grant amount per participant: 1,340 EUR
- Relevant academic fields: Law, Management and Administration, Tourism and Recreation, Information Technologies, Medicine

2. ERASMUS+ STAFF TRAINING WEEK (STW) 2025 – EKA University of Applied Sciences (Latvia)
From September 15–19, 2025, EKA University of Applied Sciences will host the EKA RESEARCH WEEK dedicated to international training for staff involved in research activities.

- Grant amount: TBD
- Participation criteria:
- Minimum B2 level of English proficiency
- Research interests must align with EKA’s scientific directions
- At least 3 scientific publications within the last 5 years (preferably indexed in Scopus/WoS), with DOI or link included
- Application deadline (at Alte University): 22/08/2025
Application format and selection process
All interested candidates must undergo internal registration at Alte University within the set deadlines and submit the following documents (in English, in PDF format):
- CV
- Lecture/seminar topics and abstracts (max. 2 pages)
- Copy of passport
- English language proficiency certificate (minimum B2 level – CEFR). If the applicant does not possess such a document, language competence may be confirmed through professional experience or an interview.
*Please note: Only selected candidates whose professional profiles fully meet the requirements of the partner universities will receive an invitation from the host university.
Submitted applications will be evaluated by the internal selection committee of Alte University based on the following criteria:
- Motivation - 30 points
- Resume - 20 points
- Recommendation - 20 points
- Language competence - 20 points
- Extracurricular/volunteer activities performed beyond the candidate’s official responsibilities at Alte University - 10 points (Total: 100 points)
The final decision on candidate acceptance is made by the host university.
