Students of the School of Law and Social Sciences at Alte University have the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) - Global Citizenship in Multicultural Academic Settings.
Within the framework of the programme, students will be hosted by Alte University’s partner institution, “1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba Iulia.
The programme combines virtual and physical mobility and aims to enhance students’ intercultural competencies, effective communication skills, global cooperation, and leadership abilities.
Important Information
The short-term Erasmus+ mobility offers students the opportunity to:
- Gain international academic experience
- Work in a multicultural international team
- Develop communication, cooperation, and leadership skills
- Analyze global challenges in the context of education, social justice, and sustainable development
Within the programme, students will learn:
- How culture influences communication and learning styles
- How to collaborate effectively in multicultural teams
- How to recognize stereotypes and unconscious bias
- How to plan and implement team projects addressing global challenges
- How to use digital tools for international cooperation

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Law or Psychology students only)
- Have English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Be willing to participate in both virtual and physical phases of the programme

- Recommendation letter (from Alte University academic staff whose course you have completed)
- Proof of English language proficiency at B2 level
- International certificates: IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, PTE
- OR completion of a B2-level English course at the university
- OR at least 20 ECTS credits of successfully completed English-taught courses
