The Confucius Institute at Alte University is situated on the 6th floor, boasting an elegant ambiance and fully-equipped teaching facilities. Its classrooms are furnished with computers, projectors, and other multimedia teaching aids. Additionally, the institute houses a Chinese library, a Chinese culture experience room, a conference room, a lecture hall, Chinese classrooms, and administrative offices.
A diverse array of Chinese language courses is offered, ranging from beginner to advanced levels, encompassing HSK and YCT preparatory courses, Chinese for children, and specialized cultural experience programs. Moreover, the Confucius Institute at Alte University serves as the official HSK, HSKK, and YCT test center in Georgia.
In collaboration with Lanzhou University, the Confucius Institute facilitates opportunities for students to partake in summer camps or apply for scholarships in China. The minimum requirement for scholarship eligibility is to pass the HSK Level 3 exam.
Regarding enrollment, Confucius Institute courses typically commence in March for the spring semester and in October for the fall semester. Students of all ages are welcome, and current Alte University students can avail themselves of complimentary enrollment.
