“Career Hunter Camp 2025” has successfully concluded

The annual career development camp, “Career Hunter Camp 2025,” organized by Alte University in collaboration with the Entrants’ Club, has successfully concluded.

This much-anticipated tradition brought together 50 selected entrants from over 600 applicants for three unforgettable days at the Buckswood campus.

The first day was full of engaging introductory activities designed to help participants get to know each other and form new friendships. The highlight of the day was the Inspiration Panel – “Find Your Path,” where Ani Amiranashvili, Vice President for Marketing and Business Development at Alte University, and Nini Bikashvili, HR Manager at Irao Insurance Company, shared insights into current trends in the job market and discussed popular and emerging professions. By the end of the day, participants were divided into teams based on their career interests.

On the second day, participants met with the deans and program leaders of Alte University’s schools. Mentors introduced the students to various career paths, explained the academic and professional journey required to become experts in each field, and discussed key skills needed for success. Camp Manager, Muro Takalandze, presented 10 effective strategies for choosing a profession and planning a career.

The day also featured fun team-based activities, including the “Career Treasure Hunt” – a game involving case-solving tasks related to each team’s chosen profession. In the evening, teams began preparing their final projects, crafting creative presentations about their future professions.

The final day was all about showcasing their work. Each team presented their vision for their future profession, detailing required skills, educational pathways, and career development opportunities.
What made the presentations special was the creativity involved – some students created websites, animations, or even short films to express their ideas. After the presentations, jury members addressed the participants, offering encouraging words and wishing them success as they embark on one of life’s most important journeys.

With only a few points difference, the top three teams were:

  • Business Administration Team
  • Law Team
  • Computer Science Team

The winning team was awarded a 1,000 GEL study grant from ALTE University.

The Career Hunter Camp will return next year, giving even more students the chance to explore and discover their professional calling.
