Athens University of Economics and Business, founded in 1920, is Greece’s leading institution for economics and business education and the country’s third-oldest university. It comprises three schools- Economics; Business; and Information Sciences & Technology - with eight departments offering bachelor’s, 28 master’s programs (many in English), and doctoral degree.The university supports practical learning through executive training and industry-led seminars.
AUEB is highly international, hosting over 250 incoming Erasmus+ students annually and maintaining more than 240 interinstitutional Erasmus+ agreements. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Alte University and AUEB. The collaboration offers diverse opportunities for students, academic, and administrative staff to gain international experience. The agreement between the universities will facilitate the organization of exchange programs for academic staff and students, joint research projects, exchange of teaching materials and literature, as well as the development of joint academic programs.
