On June 8 and 9, 2023, an international student scientific conference on medicine will be held at Alte University.
The conference is open for undergraduate and graduate students. Students should submit conference papers by May 15 on the e-mail: research@alte.edu.ge
Technical characteristics of the conference paper:
- Final paper should be at least 1,000 and no more then 1,500 words (excluding annexes)
- Format of the document - Microsoft Word
- Font - Sylfaen
- Size - 12
- Interval between rows - 1.5
- Margins - 1 inch (2.54 cm.)
- Pages should be numbered sequentially
The title page of the conference paper should contain the following information:
- Student’s full name and surname
- Name of the university and student’s specialty
- Level of teaching and course
- Full name and surname of the supervisor, his/her academic position or scientific degree
- Title of the paper
Conference paper should be submitted in the following format:
- Summary - no more than 200 words
- Introduction
- The main part of the paper
- Conclusion
- References
- Annexes (if any)
- Conference paper should be written in APA style
- All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism through Turnitin software.
- The permissible limit is 12%.
The presentation at the conference should be presented in PowerPoint format, time-limit - 15 minutes (additional 10 minutes for discussion).
Results of the conference:
- As a result of conference papers and presentations, one winner will be identified.
- All participants will be awarded a participation certificate and the winners will be awarded diplomas.
