Alte University hosted Dr. Dipra Jha, Associate Professor at Washington State University (WSU) and an internationally recognized expert in tourism and hospitality management.
During his visit, Dr. Jha met with Alte University’s administrative staff, where discussions focused on strengthening Georgia–United States cooperation in the field of tourism and exploring opportunities for future joint projects and academic initiatives.
As part of the visit, Dr. Jha delivered an open seminar titled “Current Trends and Challenges in Tourism and Hospitality” for students, academic staff, and administrative personnel.
During the seminar, he discussed the latest global trends in the tourism and hospitality industry, highlighted contemporary challenges facing the sector, and shared insights into future development prospects and emerging opportunities within the field.
The event provided participants with valuable international perspectives and a deeper understanding of the rapidly evolving tourism and hospitality landscape.
