Alte University’s Career Development Camp once again concluded with diverse activities, valuable educational experiences, and unforgettable emotions. Within the framework of the project, selected prospective students spent three days at the BUCKSWOOD School campus in Tskneti, where they participated in various activities focused on career orientation, self-development, and teamwork.
On the first day of the camp, participants were divided into teams based on their interests and future professional aspirations. The day was dedicated to interactive and entertaining activities, helping participants get to know each other better and create a friendly environment.
As part of the educational program, One Point - HR Outsourcing consultant Nana Iamanidze conducted a self-discovery workshop titled “Who Am I?” During the session, participants worked on self-mapping exercises, explored personality type analysis methods, and discussed future professions and career trends in the age of AI.
The day continued with a session led by Alte University’s Student Wellbeing and Success Mentor, Sopo Koshadze, focused on mental health, emotional wellbeing, stress management, and the challenges young people face while choosing a profession and adapting to student life.
The second day of the Career Development Camp was distinguished by educational and practice-oriented activities. Participants met with school deans, program directors, and professionals from various industries, engaged in thematic workshops, and received practical advice regarding career development.
The importance of personal branding was discussed by camp manager and strategic communications specialist Muro Takalandze. Within the workshop “Personal Brand Starts at 17,” participants learned about the significance of building their personal image and professional brand.
Mariam Mestvirishvili, Director of Public Relations and Marketing at Alte University, conducted a workshop for students on “Presentation Skills and the Art of Public Speaking.” During the session, participants explored effective presentation techniques and the use of AI tools for creating modern presentations.
The day concluded with entertaining and team-building activities, including fun relay races and the “Career Treasure Hunters” game.
The final day of the camp proved especially emotional for participants. Teams presented creative projects before the jury, discussed the specifics and modern challenges of various professions, and analyzed practical case studies.
Following the final evaluation, the Business Administration team was announced as the winner. Each member of the winning team received a 1,000 GEL educational grant from Alte University.
This year once again, Alte University’s Career Development Camp became a space for meeting inspiring people, gaining new experiences, discovering professional interests, and creating positive memories.
