Alte University at the 12th International Staff Week in Athens

Tamar Makharadze, Vice President for Finance and Operations, and Maia Melikidze, Head of the Bachelor’s Program in Business Administration, represented Alte University at the 12th International Staff Week organized by the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).

Tamar Makharadze highlighted Alte University’s rapid achievements and strategic vision, while addressing global educational challenges - specifically focusing on ways to motivate and actively engage the new generation of students.


Maia Melikidze shared key innovations within the Business School, emphasizing the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education and the evolving demands of modern employers. She discussed turning market needs into new opportunities and stressed the importance of close collaboration between business and academia, fostering entrepreneurship, and enhancing practical learning components.
