“Alecu Russo” State University in Bălți, Moldova, was established in 1945. It provides education in education, economics, law, engineering, social sciences, and computer science. The university offers programs at bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels in multiple languages including Romanian and Russian.
The university collaborates with over 70 international institutions. It participates in Erasmus+ and European academic programs, supporting student exchanges, joint research projects, and cultural activities that promote regional and international development.
A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Alte University and “Alecu Russo” State University. The collaboration offers diverse opportunities for students, academic, and administrative staff to gain international experience. The agreement between the universities will facilitate the organization of exchange programs for academic staff and students, joint research projects, exchange of teaching materials and literature, as well as the development of joint academic programs.
