We would like to inform you that the administrative registration process for Georgian, English, and English computer science programs at Alte University will take place on September 23-24.

Applicants will complete the administrative registration online and will receive the link via SMS to their personal phone number on September 23. The same link will be posted on the Alte University website (www.alte.edu.ge) and Facebook page.
Administrative registration involves uploading the required documents in electronic format to the portal and paying the fee according to the relevant schedule, based on which a student enrollment order will be issued.
Administrative Registration Period:
From 12:00 PM on September 23 until 6:00 PM on September 24.
For Minors:
Note: In the case of a minor applicant, the administrative registration will be carried out in two stages. You will complete part of the registration online, and then you must visit Alte University accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on September 23-24 (between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM) to complete the administrative registration (address: University Street N2).
Documents to be uploaded during registration:
- A copy of the identity document (both sides)
- High school graduation certificate or notarized copy
- Photo (3x4);
- A copy of the military registration certificate (for boys);
In the case of a minor first-year student, a parent’s or guardian’s identity document and the student’s birth certificate.
After completing the online registration, you must present the original versions of the listed documents at Alte University no later than October 30.
Attention! The applicant must present all necessary documents within the specified deadlines for administrative registration. Otherwise, they will not be included in the president's order and will not obtain student status. Applicants who do not complete administrative registration and do not obtain student status for the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year must submit an application to the university for student status no later than June of the following year, after the issuance of the president’s unified act.
Please note: Enrolling this way excludes the possibility of using the state educational grant obtained.
