A Public Forum of GREDA Member Companies Was Held at Alte University!
The meeting aimed to stimulate multilateral dialogue within the academic space and strengthen cross-sector cooperation in the areas of sustainable development, energy efficiency, and renewable energy.
The event was held in an open-discussion format, led by Maia Melikidze, the Head of the Bachelor's Program in Business Administration at Alte University and the Executive Director of GREDA (Georgian Renewable Energy Development Association). During the meeting, participants discussed highly relevant and strategic issues for the country, including:
- Current and future trends in the sector;
- Companies' ESG and SDG strategies, and the role of the private sector in achieving Georgia's Sustainable Development Goals;
- Renewable energy projects;
- Challenges, opportunities, and future plans in the process of the green economy and energy transition.
