Staff Mobility
Outgoing Mobility (Alte University Staff Mobility)
Alte University actively participates in the Erasmus+ programme and offers both academic and administrative staff unique opportunities for professional development, international cooperation, and knowledge exchange. Staff Mobility provides academic and administrative personnel with the chance to gain international experience and establish collaboration with leading European universities.
International mobility allows staff to engage in teaching and research activities, participate in trainings, seminars, and workshops, thereby contributing to both personal and professional development. This experience is crucial for sharing knowledge and best practices, which significantly enhance the educational and administrative processes of the university.
Erasmus+ Staff Mobility also offers the opportunity to discover new countries, explore local environments and traditions, and build a network of international contacts that will open new perspectives for future collaboration.
In order to participate in the programme, it is important to carefully follow the announcements shared by the International Relations Department.
Incoming Mobility (International Staff)
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, Alte University hosts representatives of universities from various countries, including both academic and administrative staff. Incoming Staff Mobility provides an opportunity for international professors, researchers, and university staff to engage in Alte University’s teaching and research processes, deliver lectures, seminars, or workshops, and share their expertise with students and staff.
Staff exchanges contribute to strengthening international cooperation, exchanging best practices, and advancing the internationalization process of Alte University.
Alte University welcomes reciprocal cooperation, which allows staff to develop professional skills, share knowledge, and contribute to strengthening the European Higher Education Area.
