On February 11, the Center for Law and Economics (CoLE) will hold a forum on „Responsibility of Leaders and Scope of Action in Corporate Law."
The forum will discuss the main directions of the reform of the Law on Entrepreneurs of Georgia, In Important Aspects of Corporate Law, also considerable attention will be paid to the issue of the liability of management personnel based on legislative regulation and existing case law.
The main speaker at the forum will be the Judge of the highest Court Nino Bakakuri, and the moderator will be Irakli Burduli, Director of the Center for Law and Economics.
The forum can be attended by judges, lawyers, private company lawyers, business representatives, and corporate business stakeholders.
