Research Skills Lab Launched at Alte University

At the initiative of the Department of Research Promotion and Project Development, Alte University has launched a new project — Research Skills Lab.

 

The primary objective of the initiative is to strengthen research activities at the University, support academic staff, and maximize the realization of scientific potential.

 

Within the framework of the project, the first working meeting was held for academic and invited staff of the International School of Medicine on the topic: “Strategies for Publishing Medical Research in High-Impact International Journals.”

 

The session was led by Professor Nino Okribelashvili, Doctor of Medical Sciences and a recognized specialist in the field of mental health, who shared her extensive professional experience with participants.

 

The meeting provided an in-depth overview of the key stages involved in preparing scientific publications, as well as the strategic criteria for selecting appropriate international journals. Participants received practical recommendations aimed at effectively presenting their research findings and strengthening their positioning within the global scientific community.

 

A series of additional trainings and workshops is planned במסגרת the Research Skills Lab, which will further contribute to the development of a strong research culture at the University.
