Relationships and Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace

As part of the Global Skills development Workshop series, the workshop on the topic: “Relationships and Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace” was held for international students at Alte University. 

The meeting was led by executive coach PCC and international business trainer - Ekaterine Babunashvili, who guided participants through the vital role emotional intelligence plays in career advancement.

During the session, students explored techniques and strategies, including direct communication methods for preventing and managing workplace conflict and stress management strategies to overcome professional challenges. 

After the workshop each participant was awarded a certificate.
