Alte University serves as the institutional ambassador of the PROFFORMANCE project, an international initiative aimed at fostering the assessment and development of teaching competences in higher education.
One of the project’s key instruments is the PROFFORMANCE Assessment Tool (PAT), which supports universities in enhancing teaching quality and ensuring the continuous improvement of learning processes.
The project focuses on crucial areas such as digitalization, inclusion, internationalization, and sustainability, with the goal of advancing the professional development of academic staff within these priority domains.
As part of the initiative, the creation of a teaching evaluation platform, short-term training courses, and a best practices database provides practical resources that enable universities and educators to implement innovative, modern methods of teaching and assessment.
