Professional Self-Assurance Workshop

On April 4th, Keti Lobzhanidze, the founder of the "Insight Group" training center and Human Resources representative for the "Strada" and "Oro" restaurant chains, conducted a workshop on the Alte University campus. The workshop covered a range of topics, including self-belief, emotional intelligence, fear management, goal setting, and initial career steps with risk assessment and analysis. Alongside theoretical insights, students engaged in practical exercises aimed at reinforcing learning outcomes.
